The planning for each new village on the Irvine Ranch including not
only the demand for distinctive, quality housing, but also
recognition of the desire to live in a place where residents
can enjoy nature's beauty and experience all types of recreation.
In keeping with this tradition, the new village in Planning
Area 40 will provide greater access to parks, trails and open
space for all Irvine residents.
